With 50 years of professional experience, I have performed at numerous festivals across the country and with many great musicians and entertainers, including The Temptations, Toni Tennille, Al Martino, Patti Page, comedian/actor Bob Newhart, jazz giant Terence Blanchard, and many more. As a member of the U.S.A.F. Tactical Air Command Band, I also had the honor of playing for President George H.W. Bush.
I have a B.A. in Music, an M.M. in Trumpet Performance, have been a music instructor from kindergarten up through university, a clinician and adjudicator at countless schools, music festivals and competitions, and a private teacher.
I have also produced and/or supported many events such as The Arizona Revue, The Arizona Swing Machine, Jazz on the Mountain, Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, and more.
Currently, I perform only as a solo act in which I sing, play trumpet, keyboards, congas, and even whistle.
